Antique Waltham 17 jewel Movement from 1912

case:
Steel case. Water Resistant to 50 meters (150 feet). The Speakeasy case is evocative of the Roaring 20’s in the USA. Art Deco was the design of the era, and is reflected in architecture (Empire State Building, Chrysler Building), art (Picasso), and fashion.  Case is numbered “No. 30” on side of case – there are only 150 of the Speakeasy cases proceed – each watch will be unique.

44mm wide, 13.5 mm thick, 56 mm end to end.

17 Jewel antique Waltham USA Movement. Manufactured in 1912 in Waltham, Massachusetts. Fancy Star regulator.

Dial:
Great antique Art Deco Waltham dial with bold black Art deco Arabic numbers. Inner design of silvered circle. Blue enamel “block form” hands with luminous. 2 tone colored seconds hand.
